The Charlotte Mangum Student Support Program, named in honor of SICB President Charlotte Preston Mangum, awards financial support to help defray the cost of either housing or registration at the annual meetings.  See application for full details.

As a condition to receive this award, each student must agree to donate time as an assistant during some of the sessions. Normally, student may receive support to attend the annual meeting for up to three years. High School, Undergraduate, Graduate, and Post-baccalaureate SICB student members are eligible.

NOTE: If you plan on applying for the Charlotte Mangum Support Award, you must be the presenting author on the abstract. Only one person per abstract may apply for the award.
