Adjunct Instructor for Online Developmental Biology Course

Description:

CSU seeks a part-time Adjunct Instructor to teach Developmental Biology online in Summer 2023. Minimum qualifications include a PhD in Developmental/Cell/Molecular Biology, Biomedical Sciences or related field. This is a 4 credit, undergraduate level course with enrollment up to 48 students. The instructor is responsible for preparation of course materials, instruction by lecture and active learning, assessment of student work, assistance to enrolled students, and reporting grades.  The course runs from June 12 – August 6, 2023. Course materials will be provided to students using Zoom/Teams, ECHO360 and Canvas platforms, via synchronous instruction (8:00-9:45am MWTh). The instructor will hold office hours online for 2 hrs/week. If the Instructor wishes to reside in Fort Collins for the summer, the option to teach the course face-to-face is available and valued.
