I am a PhD student in mechanical engineering at the University of Colorado Boulder, in the Animal Inspired Movement and Robotics Lab under Prof. Kaushik Jayaram. Before coming to CU, I received my BEng in Mechanical Engineering from University of Pretoria, South Africa, in 2019. My research interest is in the mechanical design, manufacturing and control of robust legged movement mechanisms for robotics. Current focus is on bio-inspiration connected with spider locomotion.
