“Brown Bag Lunch” – bring your own lunch!

The Animal Genomes to Phemones (AG2P) Research Coordination Network (RCN) is seeking input from the integrative animal biology community for establishing best practices for the assembly, annotation, and expression analysis of data from high throughput sequencing technology (RNA-seq). A brief presentation will describe the AG2P RCN and plans for building a user-friendly interface on the iPlant platform. Participants will break out into small groups, each lead by an AG2P RCN member, to collect information on the needs of the research community for analytical tools and secure storage infrastructure for archiving RNA-seq data.
