The gastric mucosa of the 12-15th and 30-35th weeks human foetus was studied. The section of the gastric wall with thickness 15, 20 and 30 mm were prepared by freezed microtone and col-ored by hematoxilin-eosinum. It was established unit lymphocytes in the gastric mucosa of the 12-15th weeks embryos. They were oriented at the bottom of the gastric fossa near founding of the gastric glandulae. There were the lymphoid folliculae placed near the muscular layer in the gastric mucosa of the 30-35th weeks foetus. In the space between the gastric glandulae the gastric mucosa had the neutrophils, eosinophils, lymphocytes and obesity cells. This research gave an idea to us that in the embryonal period the morphological basis of the immunobiological supervi-sion of the gastric digestion is formed. It is possible, the process of formation of the immunobi-ological supervision of the gastric digestion is connected with the amniotic liquid which strike the embryon stomach. It is explaned that during appearing of the cavity digestion the intestinal epithelium loses an ability to the intracellular digestion (phagocytosis). However, by I.I.Mechnikov (1883, 1886), it served by stimulus to formation of new type of cells. The main function of these cells is removal of harmful exo- and endogenic agents from the internal me-dium. An availability of the lymphocytes in the gastric mucosa in embryos and foetus confirms an evolution connection of the immune system of the vertebrata with the intestinal tube. The lymphocytes of the gastric mucosa create the morphological basis of the immunobiological su-pervision of the gastric digestion which renders the harmful exogenic agents. It is a preparation to the gastric digestion.
