This committee oversees all SICB activities related to student support as directed by the Executive Committee. The committee consists of at least five members appointed by the President, each for a term of two years. The President appoints the committee chair, who is a Full Member, for a term of three years. The chair serves as a member of the Executive Committee. The Treasurer serves as an ex officio member. -SICB Bylaws, Article XV, Section 8.
