Proposed Changes in the SICB Constitution & Bylaws

The SICB Executive Committee, at its January 6, 2008 meeting in San Antonio, voted to propose a number of changes to the SICB Constitution and Bylaws. This is in accordance with Article VII of the Constitution and Article XVI of the Bylaws.

These proposed changes are posted here for member review. Members may raise questions and post comments. This requires a member ID number. Voting will occur on a ballot that will be distributed later in the spring (around May 1). Approval requires an affirmative vote by two-thirds of the members voting.
